Description:

Stripe is hiring a Data & Insights Analyst within its Customer Success CoE team in Bengaluru to build scalable data solutions that drive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and operations. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of business analytics and data engineering—scoping team-level projects, constructing reusable data pipelines, and architecting performance workbooks. A key focus involves developing vertical automation agents to eliminate repetitive customer success tasks, maintaining core analytics assets (metric definitions, query libraries, documentation), and translating complex financial infrastructure datasets into actionable growth strategies for global enterprise users.

Key Technologies:

SQL, Python, Git, Data Tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar Visualization Frameworks), Data Modeling, Data Pipelines, GenAI Automation (Vertical Agents Frameworks)

Requirements:

• 3–8+ years of professional experience operating inside Data Analysis, Business Intelligence Engineering, or Technical Customer Advisory environments.
• Advanced proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, along with intermediate execution skills in Python programming and Git version control workflows.
• Advanced expertise in data visualization, building reusable dashboards, data modeling, pipeline architecture, and structural reporting automation.
• Concrete structural familiarity with the global card payments ecosystem, processing mechanics, or transactional data metrics.
• Ability to design and deploy specialized vertical agents aimed at automating manual, highly repetitive task pipelines for customer management teams.
• Ownership and maintenance of core analytics infrastructure, including centralized metric definitions, rigorous technical documentation, query libraries, and internal tooling configurations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple parallel analytics workstreams independently in a fast-moving ecosystem, secure partner buy-in, manage priority adjustments, and clearly communicate technical dataset complexities to cross-functional stakeholders.
